Baboon Salon marks a coming together of 3 emerging Brisbane based artists/illustrators; Jake Reston, Jonathon Powell and Josh Rufford. Exploring a range of artistic techniques and themes, from Reston’s statements and comments of daily life, Powell’s confrontational and powerful studies of animal and beast and Rufford’s awkward and cryptic collections of visual thoughts, Baboon Salon promises to entertain and intrigue.
